The rubberfish, scientifically known as greenfin boxfish, is called Di zi in Chaozhou dialect.In Shanghai and the coastal regions of Zhejiang and Fujian, it is known as rubber fish or peel skin fish. In the north, it is called pork fat fish, cobbler fish, bread fish, or burn corner.
