The method for making Sichuan Cabbage Rolls:
1. Remove the Chinese cabbage leaves one by one, wash them thoroughly, and wash the green peppers, potatoes, and carrots.cut them into threads.2. Boil a pot of water and add the Chinese cabbage leaves to cook until soft; remove after cooking and cool in cold water. Then continue boiling the green pepper threads, potato threads, and carrot threads.
3. Once the Chinese cabbage leaves have cooled completely, remove them from the water and lay them flat. Place the cooked green pepper threads, potato threads, and carrot threads on top of the leaves, then fold the edges to form rolls.4. 4. Place the prepared dish into a container, pour in vinegar until it just covers the ingredients, add black pepper powder, cover with a lid, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Before serving, stir some fermented bean paste on top.
