Sour and Spicy Chinese CabbageTapioca starch preparation:
1. Soak the tapioca starch in warm water to be used later.Prepare the cabbage, though it may seem clean on the outside, the inside is quite dirty; therefore, I separate each leaf of the cabbage and wash them thoroughly
2. Put water in a pot, bring to a boil, add the prepared cabbage, season with salt, cook for about 30 seconds until soft, then remove.


3. Heat some oil in a pan, add ginger slices and chopped green onions, stir-fry until fragrant.Chopped chili peppers, stir-fry for a moment.Add the blanched cabbage, season with salt, stir-fry until it collapses. Add soy sauce and vinegar, then cover and cook for about 1 minute, followed by adding the pre-soaked tapioca starch; break up the pieces with a spatula without cutting them.Season again with salt and MSG, stir-fry for another minute before serving.
