Stir-fried Tofu Puzzles with Celery and Shredded MeatHow to make:
1. Cut the lean meat into shreds, mix with dry starch, oyster sauce, and a little water, and marinate for a moment.Cut the celery into inch-long pieces;Cut the tofu puzzles into long strips;Grate the ginger;Slice the pickled peppers.
2. Pour oil into the stir-fry pan, heat on low flame, add meat shreds and use a chopstick to scatter them; once they turn color, remove and drain the oil.

3. In the same pan with remaining oil, add grated ginger and sliced pickled peppers, fry until fragrant.
4. Add tofu puzzles and stir-fry.
