Steamed meat ball recipe:
1. Place the ground meat in a bowl, add chopped green onion, ginger, eggs, millet wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper powder. Mix in one direction until well combined and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Cut a small piece of dried tofu skin and break the strands inside. Fill with meat filling and seal to prevent leakage.
3. Place water in a steamer pot and bring to a boil.Steamthe stuffed dried tofu skins in the hot steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.(Ensure the meat balls are thoroughly cooked)
4. Heat a pan, reinsert the steamed meat balls into the pot, add millet wine, soy sauce, a little old dark soy sauce, and sugar. Boil over high heat to reduce the sauce, continuously stirring to ensure even coating on the meat balls. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
