 A simple dish from the Southern United States is chili, but actually, the most distinctive chili in America comes from Ohio in the Northern states.Ordinary chili is served withbread,rather than on its own.However, Cincinnati chili is served withnoodles.

  
Another characteristic of Cincinnati chili is the variety of seasonings used.

Prepare theingredients:300 grams of ground beef

  • 1 chopped onion1 cup tomato sauce (tomato paste)
  • 1 cup chicken broththe base,
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste1 tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • half a teaspoon of oregano leaves
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt
  • a quarter teaspoon of brown sugara fourth teaspoon of black peppera fourth teaspoon of cinnamon
  • plus noodles and cheddar cheese.First, mix the tomato sauce,apple cider vinegar,
  • chicken broth,
  • tomato paste,
  • and brown sugar together.
  • Then, mix garlic with other seasonings (1 tablespoon chili powder, half a teaspoon of oregano leaves, a quarter teaspoon of salt, a quarter teaspoon of brown sugar, a fourth teaspoon of black pepper, and a fourth teaspoon of cinnamon).Heat a small amount of oil in a pot on medium-high heat.
  • Then, add the chopped onions and fry for 8 minutes until they are golden around the edges.
  • Add the seasonings and fry for another minute.Add the tomato sauce

and ground beef; using tomato paste helps retain flavor while thickening.Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low.Simmer for 20-25 minutes until it thickens.
