 In just a few minutes, freshly made "convenient noodles" can be prepared, paired with crisp seafood to keep you company during every passionate night watching the game.

   Ingredients

Two packages of Shin Ramen based on number of people

  Squid ringsCircle the appropriate amount

LargeShrimpAppropriate amount

Various slices of meatballs (Mackerelmorsels,Fishtofuetc.)

Small half red onion strips

  Yearcakestrips

Cabbage, hand-tear in portions

  Cheeseslices Two slices per package of noodles

Korean chili sauce

Freshly spicycabbage(with broth)

  Tomato sauceAppropriate amount

  SugarAppropriate amount

Rice wine

  Gingerslices

ShrimpSquid ringsWash and marinate with rice wine, ginger slices, and a small amount of chili sauce;Boil meatball slices and year cake strips until cooked, remove from heat to prepare, save the cooking water for boiling Shin Ramen noodles, only add the vegetable pack, cook until just tender, keep some noodle broth in the bowl, discard the rest.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry onion strips until fragrant, then add marinated squid rings, shrimp, spicy cabbage, and its broth,Hand-tear cabbage,cooked meatball slices and year cake strips, cook over high heat, add an appropriate amount of sugar and Korean chili sauce.Stir-fry until dry, then add the reserved noodle broth, thicken the soup, leave some broth, turn off the fire.

Add the stir-fried seafood mixture to the previously cooked noodles on low heat, add an appropriate amount of tomato sauce and two cheese slices, mix evenly before turning off the fire. Adjust with more Korean chili sauce according to taste.Enjoy!

   Tips

I used two pots, one for stir-frying seafood, another for cooking the noodles.

Spicy seafood noodles are best enjoyed when slightly cooled in hot summer, served with cold beer, very delicious.
