Kelp Clam SoupTofu SoupMethod:
1. Rinse the clams in clear water, add a small spoonful of salt and a few drops of cooking oil, let them sit for half a day to expel sand, then rinse and remove.
2. Wash the kelp seaweed thoroughly, soak it in clean water, cut the tofu into pieces.


3. In a pot, add some clear water, add a few ginger threads, place the kelp seaweed in and cook until boiling, then switch to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the tofu to the pot along with the kelp and continue simmering for two or three minutes. Add clams, cook until they open. Season with salt and pepper powder, sprinkle chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
