Moss Jelly with Honey Steps:

1. Mix 50g moss jelly powder with 250ml of water.

2. Stir thoroughly to ensure no lumps remain.

3. Add 1000ml water to a pot and bring to a boil.

4. Once boiling, pour in the moss jelly mixture and simmer on low heat while continuously stirring (stir in one direction only).

5. Bring to a boil again then turn off the heat.

6. Cool in a container; refrigeration is recommended for better texture before serving.
