Whenever summer arrives, whether it's roadside stalls or malls, the most popular items are variousice cream.Every time our little one passes by McDonald's, they ask if I can buy them an ice cream. They always inquire if I know how to make it and if I could make one for them.To be honest, I don't particularly enjoy cold foods like ice cream, but in order to satisfy their child, I still decide to make a few for them to quench their craving.Following my friend Chunmian Xia's method during late spring and early summer, I added somemango
to enhance the flavor!

Essential Mango Ice Cream for the Summer - Preparation Steps1. Pour 100 grams of mild cream into a blender cup.

Add 5 grams of granulated sugar and 15 grams of condensed milk.

2. Start the blender on high speed with an egg whisk attachment, mix for a few seconds, stop, then continue mixing repeatedly until the cream doubles in size. The whipped cream should form soft peaks when it is ready.

3. Place the whipped cream in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the mango. Peel and cut one mango into chunks.

4. Place the prepared mango chunks in a blender and blend them into puree.

5. Take 100 grams of mango puree and mix it with the whipped cream.

6. Mix the ingredients well, then transfer to the refrigerator for further freezing.

7. Break down the green tea flavored cocoa butter chocolate into small pieces and put them in a clean bowl.

8. In a small pot, place an appropriate amount of water and heat it so that it does not boil. Place the bowl containing the chocolate on top to gently melt the chocolate over low heat; turn off the heat once melted.9. Use a silicone brush to apply the chocolate sauce onto the Yangchen Hucarrot

8-piece mold.

10. Remove the whipped mango cream from the refrigerator and portion it into the 8-piece molds using a spoon, then place them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Cooking Tip:When unmolding, remember to warm up the mold with a hot towel or blow it gently with a hair dryer to make demolding easier.
