Step-by-step instructions for preparation

  1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the tofu into medium-sized cubes, mince the beef, and prepare Doubanjiang, salt, alcohol, dried red chili flakes,Green onion, ginger, Sichuan pepper, water and starch slurry, soysauce, a little sugar.2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat, add the Doubanjiang, salt, dried red chilies, green onions, ginger, Sichuan pepper, beef mince, or marinate the beef mince with these seasonings before adding it.

Stir-fry until fragrant.3. Add the cubed tofu.Reduce heat to low and let it boil.
