2. Change the water about every 5 hours during soaking, retaining the ginger while removing the threads and continuing to soak.

3. Rinse the soaked snowflake orchids to remove impurities after they are soft.

4. Put them in a pot with cold water, boil for 10 minutes when the water comes to a boil.

6. Remove about 1/3 of the orange lid and cut the flesh into several small pieces with a knife.

7. Place the snowflake orchids on top of the orange flesh.

8. Wrap well with cling film.

9. Steam for 20 minutes when the water is boiling.
