How to make garlic-infused salmon:

1. Marinate the salmon with a little salt and
black pepper powderfor about twenty minutes.

2. Before frying, coat the fish with a thin layer of cornstarch; heat the pan and add a small amount of
olive oiland place the marinated salmon inside.

3. Fry one side until golden brown, then flip to fry the other side.

4. Once both sides are fried, add a tablespoon of garlic paste.

5. Add a little
soy sauce,
sugar, black pepper and a small amount of water.

6. Chop the parsley and mix it in.
Tips:
It's best to prepare the soy sauce and sugar sauce beforehand so that you can adjust the taste without rushing later on.
