Steps for cooking Chinese softshell turtle with ham

1. Clean the turtle by removing its insides and washing it thoroughly

2. Cut the cleaned turtle into small pieces

3. Slice the ham meat thickly

5. Add the sliced ham

6. Add peeled fresh garlic cloves

7. Add ginger slices

8. Add soaked and rehydrated bamboo shoots
