  Chopped chili paste50g

  Red-braised bluefish segment cooking steps1. Ingredients: Bluefish fillet, some chopped chili paste.

2. Heat a wok on high heat, add a little oil, then fry the bluefish fillets slightly.

3. Add scallions, ginger, soysauce, rice wine, and sugar, and simmer for a bit.
