Sweet Potato Preparation Steps
1. Wash the sweet potato.2. Peel and cut the sweet potato into pieces.

Tips

Drain out the duck oil.
Leave a little bit of the duck's oil in the pot to fry the scallions and ginger with dried red peppers and star anise until fragrant.

8. Add a little sugar, bring it to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer slowly.
