Golden Sand Braised Duck Paws

Ingredients

  Frog legs500g

Green chili pepper 1 piece

Red chili pepper 1 piece

Garlic 3 cloves

  Ginger3 slices

  Chili peppersSoy sauce 1 tablespoon

  Soy sauce 2 tablespoonsCooking wine 2 tablespoons

Sichuan peppercorns 16 pieces

  Duck feetAppropriate amount of oil

Salt to taste

Preserved flavoring to taste

  Without-flavor seasonings500g

Rock sugar to taste

Prepare the ingredients for the spicy and numbing duck feet: preserved flavoring, ginger, five-spice.

Clean the duck feet and trim off the front part of the claws with scissors.

Boil the cleaned duck feet, then drain and dry them.

Add water to a pot, and add the prepared preserved flavoring and five-spice.

Stir evenly and simmer over low heat for a long time.

After about an hour, turn off the fire and remove the cooked duck feet, then serve them on a plate.
