Shrimp Vermicelli Stewed Baby Bok Choy

Chinese cabbage1 head
Duck egg1 piece
Shrimp4 ounces

Steps for Shrimp and Glass Noodle Stew with Chinese Cabbage

1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into segments and cook with water and dried shiitake mushrooms for ten minutes; add a little corn oil while cooking.

2. Wash the glass noodles and cook them in the pot for eight minutes.

3. Beat the duck egg and set aside.

4. Add the shrimp, cook until they turn red, then pour in the beaten duck egg and season with salt.

Tips

Potatoes should be washed, briefly boiled, and then cooled under cold water to make peeling easier.
