1. Use pine nuts mushrooms and enoki mushrooms from Northeast China, soak in warm water for half an hour (or use fresh mushrooms)

4. Add soy sauce, sugar, salt, then pour in boiling water~ (cover the chicken)
5. Bring to a boil, add pine nuts mushrooms and enoki mushrooms, and soybean vermicelli;
6. After boiling for about 40 minutes on low heat, it's done~
Stir-fry quickly over high heat
