How to Make Dragonfruit and Double Ear Pear Soup

1. Soak the snow fungus and wood ear mushrooms in water until soft, then clean them.

2. Cut the dragonfruit into cubes, keeping the shell for later use.

3. Peel and core the pear, then cut it into pieces.

4. Place all ingredients and rock sugar into a casserole dish and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

5. Transfer the cooked dessert into the dragonfruit shells.
