Five-spiced pork belly400 grams

Star anise5 pieces
Spring onions2 stalks

1. Boil the five-spiced pork belly, removethe bloodclots, and cut into pieces.

2. Add garlic, star anise,gingerand slowly fry.

3. Fry until cooked, then addstockand simmer for 20 minutes, adding sliced potato cubes!

4. Reduce the sauce and add chopped spring onions, then serve.

Tips

It's best to use five-spiced pork belly for a better texture when cooked.
The cooking time should be long.
Be patient and simmer gently.
