1. Heat oil in a wok.
2. Add chopped scallions,ginger,and stir-fry for a few seconds.
3. Add chopped chicken pieces, potatoes, winter melon cubes, and radicchio cubes, stir-fry for a few seconds more, then add Chinese hazelnuts.Add water, simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes until cooked through, then serve in a dish.
   Sweet potatois already very sweet.Do not add sugar.
