Ingredients: Room temperature softened
butter60g, 70g granulated sugar, 1.5g salt, egg 60g, 100g low flour, 3g baking powder, a little bit of cream of tartar, a little bit of cinnamon (optional)
mashed bananas100g (cut into thin slices for easy mixing)

ovenpreheat to 180°C (wait until the heating elements change from dark to red and then back to dark before proceeding)
2. Cream softened butter with granulated sugar and salt until it is light and creamy, add egg in portions while mixing smoothly
3. Add mashed bananas and sifted flour mixtures in two batches and stir well.
4. Fill the batter into a piping bag, pipe into molds to about 70% full, bake at 180°C, middle rack, for 15 minutes with top heat and bottom heat on.
