Step one: Place the butter and 100 grams of dark chocolate in a small pot and melt them on the lowest heat, stirring frequently to ensure even mixing. Continue until both materials are completely melted.

Step 4: Put all the ingredients in a large bowl (excluding cherries and three-quarters of the chocolate chips), ensure the eggs are at the bottom, pour in the melted butter and chocolate on top, then beat with an electric mixer at high speed for three minutes. Add the remaining three-quarters of the cherries and mix by hand until well combined.
Step 5: Place paper cups in a baking tray, divide the mixture into three parts and add them to the paper cups sequentially, finishing with the remaining cherries and chocolate chips on top as decoration. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes at the middle rack.
