Rib sauce, Sichuan pepper, cooking wine
1|Marinate the rib racks with salt, black pepper, rib sauce, and cooking wine for 30 minutes;
2|Place the rib racks on a container lined with aluminum foil;
3|Sprinkle some Sichuan pepper and place onion rings inside, then wrap with aluminum foil;
4|Ovenat 225 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
