How to Make Puff Pastries

Ingredients:Eggs2 pieces,Rice flour50 grams,Butter50 grams, 60 grams water,Milk40 grams, salt 1.5 grams,Sugar5 grams,Chocolate50 grams, fresh,CreamCreamAppropriate amount

Steps:
1 Pour the milk, water, salt, sugar and butter into a pot and heat up. Boil until the butter is completely melted and fully mixed.
2 Sieve the flour and add it to the milk mixture in one go, stirring well.
3 Gently stir until no white flour is visible, then turn off the heat.
4 Beat the eggs and add them to the batter in portions, mixing thoroughly each time. Use a whisk when lifting up the mixer, the batter should fall as triangles.
5 Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the batter on it. Smooth out the surface using wet fingers.
6 Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown.
7 Fresh creamshould be whipped, then poured or piped intothe puff pastries.8 Ladle the melted chocolate over the puff pastries and sprinkle with powdered sugar.Inside.
8. Pour the melted chocolate over the profiterole, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

tips:
1 Butter and water must be well mixed at a boil.
2 When adding flour, ensure it is heated evenly; do not use high heat.
3 Adding eggs should be done in small portions, mixing thoroughly each time.
4 After baking, leave the puff pastries in theovenfor 5 minutes before removing.
