Ingredients:
Sushi ricerice 300 grams,
hamhalf a piece,
shrimp100 grams, and
carrot,
vegetable oil,soy sauce,
pepper powder,salt, and sake in appropriate amounts.
Steps:
1. Clean the shrimp and cut into small pieces; cut the ham into small pieces;
clean and cut the carrot into small pieces.2. In a frying pan, heat oil until hot, add shrimp, salt, pepper powder, and sake to fry until fragrant. Mix the cooked ingredients with sushi rice.

to form ballsand serve (it can be served with wasabi and soy sauce).
