How to Make Shrimp Spring Rolls?

Ingredients:
8~10 medium shrimp,spring roll wrappers 10 pieces, plum sauce, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.Cilantro 1 bunch, garlic 2 cloves,a little pepper powder,soy sauce 1 teaspoon, sesame oil 1 teaspoon, oyster sauce 1 teaspoon.cornstarch slurry: 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 28.3 grams of boiling water.Makes:(1) Wash the medium shrimp, remove the intestinal tract, and split them lengthwise but keep the tail intact.(2) Pound the cilantro and garlic with a mortar until finely minced, then add other marinade ingredients and mix well with the shrimp. Place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
