Ingredients:

Steps:
1. Beat the eggs into a batter, add chopped onion, salt, black pepper,
lemon juiceand mix them thoroughly to make tartar sauce.
2. Remove heads, shells, and digestive tract from prawns, make oblique cuts on the abdomen, then flip and press the back of the prawn to stretch it out, sprinkle with a little salt and black pepper, coat with flour, egg batter, bread crumbs, and fry until crispy in five-fifths hot oil.
3. Spread tartar sauce on fried prawns, wrap in sushi rice, shape into
rice balls, finally stick with seaweed sheets to make the dish.
