Method:
1 Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes;Clean the shrimp and cut into small cubes.Heat the rice in a microwave.

2 Place a wok on medium heat, add oil until it's 50% hot, then add shrimp and stir-fry until it turns color, then add cucumber cubes and salt, stir-fry evenly, then pour in the rice and mix well.
3 Use your hands to shape the rice mixed with shrimp and cucumber into
rice balls,then wrap them with bacon and secure with a toothpick.
4 Place the wrapped rice balls on a wok over heat, fry until the bacon turns color.
