Spring roll wrappers,red bean,
and red dates,,
red dates,Raisinscandied sugar, unsalted butter.

1. Slightly thaw the spring roll wrappers.
2. Cook the red beans and red dates separately with candied sugar until soft; remove the skin and seeds from the dates and blend them into a paste. Melt butter in a pan, add the bean and date filling, stir continuously until the moisture evaporates, then cool and set aside.
3. Wrap the fillings individually. Fry the spring rolls in 60% hot oil until golden brown, drain the excess oil, and serve.
