How to Make Pan-Fried Spring Rolls?

Ingredients:Spring roll wrappers,red bean,and red dates,,red dates,Raisinscandied sugar, unsalted butter.Butter
Steps:
1. Slightly thaw the spring roll wrappers.
2. Cook the red beans and red dates separately with candied sugar until soft; remove the skin and seeds from the dates and blend them into a paste. Melt butter in a pan, add the bean and date filling, stir continuously until the moisture evaporates, then cool and set aside.
3. Wrap the fillings individually. Fry the spring rolls in 60% hot oil until golden brown, drain the excess oil, and serve.
