Lamb skewersMethod:
1. Clean the lamb and remove the membrane
2. Cut the lamb into thin slices about 0.3 cm thick with a knife
3. Pour light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking oil into a bowl with the sliced lamb

4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder and a little Szechuan pepper powder
5. Mix the seasonings well with the lamb slices using chopsticks and marinate for 5 minutes
6. Take bamboo skewers (do not use metal skewers, as they are not suitable in microwave ovens)

7. Evenly thread the marinated lamb slices onto the skewers, placing 1-2 small chunks of fatty lamb on each
8. Arrange the skewered lamb evenly on a plate and place it in the microwave on medium-high power for 2 minutes
9. Remove after draining the juice at the bottom of the plate, then continue cooking on low-medium power for another 30 seconds before taking out
10. Sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder before eating

A small tip for quick preparation of lamb skewers using a microwave:
One. The lamb slices should not be too thick or too thin, about 0.3 cm in thickness, which can both speed up the cooking process and keep the taste fresh.
Two. When buying lamb, try to choose pieces with some fat, as this will result in a better texture that is neither dry nor greasy.
