How to Make Salted Pork Rice and Vegetable
1. Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut into fine pieces;
2. Clean the salted pork, slice it then cut into meat pieces;
3. Heat a pan with oil, add the pork pieces and stir-fry for a moment, pour in a little cooking wine;
4. Rinse the rice clean, place it in water slightly less than usual for cooking, soak for more than 15 minutes;

5. Spread the cooked meat over the rice;
6. Heat another pan with oil, add the cabbage pieces and stir-fry until done, drain the liquid and pour it into step 4's mixture;
7. Put in an electric rice cooker
rice cookerand cook until fully cooked;
