Ingredients:
10 shrimp,
3 eggs,millet kernels,
bell peppers (red and green),onion, starch, salt,
pepper powder,rice for two servings.Method:
1. Remove heads, tails, and intestine from the shrimp to get the shrimp meat, marinate with cooking wine, salt, pepper powder, and a little starch.,
2. Prepare the ingredients for the fried rice: beat the eggs slightly with salt and mix them; dice the bell peppers; chop the onion finely.3. Heat a wok or pan with oil, add the shrimp meat and stir-fry until they turn pink, then remove from heat.
4. In the same pan with remaining oil, scramble the eggs until they are just set, then transfer them to another bowl.
5. Add more oil to the pan, put in bell peppers, corn kernels, and stir-fry them.
6. Add rice and continue stirring until the grains become dry and separate well.7. Return the cooked shrimp meat and scrambled eggs into the pan, add salt to taste, mix thoroughly, then sprinkle with chopped onion before serving.

Fried RiceIngredients: beaten eggs with a bit of salt, diced bell peppers (green and red), chopped green onions.

3 Heat the wok with oil, add shrimp and stir-fry until they turn slightly pink then remove.
4 In the remaining oil in the pan, scramble the eggs until set, then remove.

5 Add more oil, heat it up before adding the bell peppers, corn kernels, and stir-fry.
6 Stir-fry with the cooked rice continuously until the grains are dry and separated.

7 Add the stir-fried shrimp and eggs back in, stir-fry together.
8 Season with salt, stir-fry thoroughly then sprinkle chopped green onions before serving.
