Ingredients:
Jello powder 35 grams, granulated sugar 53 grams, animal creammilk
178 grams, cold water 86 ml,milk
vanilla flavoring powder 26 grams,powdered milk
53 grams, water 614 ml,egg yolks
55 grams, caramel sauce as needed55 grams, caramel sauce as needed
Steps:
1. Cook the caramel sauce to amber color and pour it into the mold container while hot.
2. Mix jello powder and granulated sugar in a steel bowl.
3. Add powdered milk, animal cream
milk, cold water to step 2 and stir in one direction.
4. Cook the materials from step 3 over low heat while stirring in one direction until about 90℃, until no powder particles are visible.
5. Add egg yolks to the mixture from step 4.
6. Stir uniformly with the same motion and this is the pudding liquid.Strain the pudding liquid to remove bubbles, pour it into the mold container from step 1, let it cool down, then refrigerate until it sets.
