Ingredients:
2 scallions, 300 grams of meat shreds, 240 milliliters of oil, whole grain largepancakes2 sheets,soy sauce20 grams, sweet bean sauce 15 grams, sugar 15 grams, rice wine 15 milliliters, sesame oil 15 milliliters
Steps:1. Wash the scallions and cut them into threads;mix the meat shreds with all the marinade ingredients (except for the sesame oil) until well seasoned, then add the sesame oil and mix again before setting aside.
