Mung bean osmanthus cake preparation
1. Mix the mung bean flour, glutinous rice, and white sugar with an appropriate amount of water;

2. Place the bowl on a steamer lined with two layers of paper; spread the mung bean powder to about 3.5 cm thick, cover with another layer of paper and press lightly;
3. Steam over high heat
