Remove the bone from the chicken thighs.
Marinate the deboned chicken thighs with the sauce for over half an hour, or overnight for better flavor.
Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides of the 2 until cooked through, then remove and cut into strips.
Pour the marinade sauce into the pan, add a little water, and simmer until the sauce thickens. Pour this over the sliced chicken pieces and serve.
