How to Make Turnip Cake?

Ingredients/Seasonings
RadicchioPav (a type of cake)1 pound
Pork2 liang
Dried shrimps2 tablespoons
Shiitake mushrooms2 pieces
Onions, 2 stalks
Chinese chives4 liang
Chicken broth5 cups
CorianderA little bit
Roasted garlic cloves, 3 pieces
Salt, 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powderAs needed

Preparation Process
(1) Cut the radicchio into large dice, slice the pork, soak and drain the dried shrimps, soften and slice the shiitake mushrooms, chop the onions, wash and cut the Chinese chives, slice the roasted garlic cloves, and cut the coriander into small pieces; set aside.
(2) Heat a wok, add 2 tablespoons of oil, stir-fry the roasted garlic until fragrant then remove it for later use.
(3) Use the remaining oil to sauté the dried shrimps and sliced shiitake mushrooms, add chicken broth to bring to a boil, then add the diced radicchio, return to a boil again, add the removed roasted garlic, chopped onions, Chinese chives, and seasonings, mix well, serve in a soup bowl, and sprinkle with coriander.
