How to Make Tofu Meat Patties

Main ingredients:Tofu300 gramsBeef100 grams, with an appropriate amount of vegetable oil (for frying)Bread(for frying)
Seasonings: 1 tablespoon chopped green onions, 1/2 teaspoon garlicSesame seeds(crushed half, whole half) 1 spoonful shrimp chips, finely choppedGingerAdequate amount of powder
Rice bran oil 1 large tablespoonChili sauce (adjust the quantity according to personal taste; those who do not like spicy food can omit it)Black pepperAdequate amountLight soy sauce
An appropriate amount (Haidian Wei Jifan, if all seasonings are used, no need for salt)Flour2 tablespoonsMethod:1. Press the tofu into a paste and squeeze out the water with a cheesecloth
2. Drain the blood from the beef and finely chop it

3. Mix the mashed tofu, minced beef, and all seasonings together
4. Form into small round cakes5. Heat oil in a frying pan and place the cakes6. Sauté on both sides for 3 minutes each
Mix the tofu and beef with all the seasonings.
Mold them into small rounds.
Place the pan on medium heat and add some cooking oil, then arrange the small cakes in it.
Sauté on low heat for 3 minutes on each side.
