Chicken essence2 grams Green onion and garlic A little

Makes
1. Slice the cabbage into strands.
2. Slice the stuffed flatbread into strands.
3. Chop the green onion and garlic finely.

4. Fry the chopped green onion in a wok with oil until fragrant.
5. Add the cabbage and stir-fry.
6. Add soya sauce and salt, continue to stir-fry.

7. Add the flatbread strands.
8. Stir with chopsticks.
9. Add chicken essence and chopped garlic, stir uniformly and finish.
