Preparation steps:
1. Prepare the mixed grain dough (oat flour 50 grams,
rice flour50 grams, buckwheat flour 50 grams,
yellow bean flour50 grams, whole wheat flour 50 grams, black rice flour 50 grams).
2. Prepare the regular flour.
3. Mix the regular flour into the mixed grain dough.

4. Knead the mixed dough with yeast to form a dough ball; this method makes the bread softer. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

5. Prepare the meat filling.
6. Add chopped green onion, soy sauce, salt,
sugar, a little five-spice powder to the meat filling. Mix in one direction until the meat becomes firm and sticky.

7. Knead the rested dough for a few minutes, then divide it into even portions.
8. Roll each portion into a thin circle with a rolling pin, stuff it with the filling, seal the edges, and cook on a
frying panor electric griddle until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
