Dough Ingredients:
Flour350 grams, cooked pumpkin 100 grams, water 100 grams,
Sugar30 grams, yeast powder 3 grams
Filling Ingredients: Vegetable oil, white sugar, raisins (
Grapesdried)
Steps:
1 Mix the dough ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth and elastic dough. Let it ferment until its volume doubles.
2 After fermentation, knead out any air bubbles, divide the dough into 8 equal parts, and roll each part into a circle about 18cm in diameter.
3 Place each rolled-out dough on a dry damp cloth. Lightly brush oil on the surface and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of sugar and raisins.
4 Repeat step 3 for another layer, placing it on top of the previous one, brushing again with oil, and sprinkling more sugar and raisins.
5 Complete all 6 layers in this manner. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 20 minutes.
