North China Tofuwash and cut into slices, add a bit of salt to marinate;beat the egg.2. Prepare a flavor sauce:
Bone Broth+ Ginger Finely Chopped+ Salt + White Pepper Powder3. Squeeze out excess water from the tofu, then coat it with a layer of dry flour, followed by a layer of beaten egg, and cook in a flat pan over medium-low heat until golden brown.4.
