Ingredients: black hair ( )
pork spare ribsbones 200 grams (from Futian Network),
dried shrimp15 grams,
rice150 grams, green onion,
ginger,coriandera little bit,
oil-fried bread sticks( ) salt and
black pepper.
Method:
1 Rinse the rice, soak for half an hour, drain and mix with 1 tablespoon of oil;
2 Clean the dried shrimp and soak in warm water;

for about 40 minutes untilporridge
is smooth and creamy;7 Season with salt and black pepper as desired. Sprinkle coriander, green onion, and ginger threads or oil-fried bread sticks to taste when serving.
8 For those who prefer fried bread sticks, cut them into segments, then toast in the oven
or pan-fry in a pan with a little oil until crisp for better texture.
