Ingredients:
Yam30 grams Carrot
Radish20 grams Rice 30 grams
Spinachmixture 2 cups water
Method:
1. Peel yam,
carrotpeel, cut into small cubes (about 1 cm square).
2. Add rice and 2 cups of water to a pot, bring to a boil, add yam and carrot, simmer for about 15 minutes, then add spinach mixture.
