Ingredients:
Yellow squash,
Eggs,
ShrimpSeasonings: vegetable oil,
Szechuan peppercorns,
scallions, salt, cooking wine, a littledark soy sauce
1. Cut the yellow squash into cubes

2. Beat the eggs

3. Remove the shrimp line from the shrimp and make a back cut

4. Heat oil in a pot, fry the beaten eggs until done then remove for later use

5. Keep some oil in the pot, add Szechuan peppercorns to fry, then add yellow squash cubes, pour cooking wine, add a little dark soy sauce, and season with salt (keep heat medium to avoid burning)

6. Add shrimp and stir-fry until they change color


7. Add the fried eggs, adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.(If you added less salt earlier, you can add more now)
