Fish head and tofu soup preparation:
1. Clean the fish head and fish bones, dry them, then fry until both sides are golden yellow, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of salt during frying;2. Remove the fried fish head and drain off excess oil; add scallion slices and ginger slices to stir-fry, then put in the fish head and pour enough boiling water to cover the ingredients;
