How to Make Corn Rib Soup

Ingredients:

Pork ribs500 grams, tenderCorn2 ears, small spring onions 2 stalks,Ginger1 piece, salt 1 spoon,Monosodium glutamate (MSG)Appropriate amount

Method:

1.Rib meatWash and cut into one-inch pieces.
2. Clean the corn and remove the husk and silk, then cut into small pieces.
3. Wash the ginger and slice it; wash the spring onions and tie them into a bunch.
4. Place the rib meat ina sandpotand add an appropriate amount of water to boil over high heat.
5. Skim off the foam, remove the rib meat, rinse with warm water, and drain well.
6. Re-heat the pot with fresh boiling water, place the rib meat in, add the spring onions and ginger, drop a little white wine, and boil over high heat before switching to low heatto simmer for 30 minutes.7. Add the cut corn pieces into the pot and cook together for another 15 minutes.
8. After the soup is cooked, remove the ginger slices and spring onion bunch, add salt and MSG to season, and serve.
