How to Cook Spicy and Sour Chinese cabbage?

Ingredients:Largecabbageone, chopped and soaked in chili sauce,chili peppers, dried red chili peppers, whitevinegar, salt, garlic cloves smashed, a little chicken powder, and a little cornstarch.
Steps:
1. Cut the cabbage into pieces, separating the stalks from the leaves; cut the dried chili peppers in half and prepare the garlic cloves.
2. Heat some oil, add the chopped chili sauce and dried chili peppers, then stir-fry with the garlic until fragrant,
3. Then addthe cabbage stalksquickly fry, about half done before adding the leaves, continuing to stir-fry (cabbage releases water when fried, so make sure to shake off any excess moisture after washing; otherwise, it will become a soup).white vinegarto taste.
4. Mix a little cornstarch and chicken powder with some water, (the purpose of adding cornstarch is to make the vegetables more tender and to keep the seasoning adhered to their surface, making them extra flavorful). Add salt when almost done cooking the cabbage; stir for just a few seconds before serving.
A simplevegetable dishis quite refreshing and smooth, with a spicy-sour taste. It is an excellent side dish.

Note: Cabbage can release water during frying, so do not add any water; otherwise, it will become cabbage soup. The heat for cooking should be high.
